Marketing Executive (Fixed Term Maternity Cover)

Summary

We have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing and Communications Team in Letchworth, responsible for managing marketing campaigns and activities for the Foundation’s commercial venues, directly supporting the delivery of our Strategic Plan.

Role
This is a hands-on role in which you will be promoting our iconic Broadway Cinema & Theatre and fantastic Standalone Farm, building brand awareness for the venues among our target audiences, across multiple channels.
 
This role brings together the core marketing and communications disciplines to allow an integrated, flexible and collaborative approach to delivering our commercial objectives, these include:
 
• Advertising (print and digital)
• Content Marketing
• Social Media
• PR
• Internal communications
• Events
• Analytics & Data
• Branding & Design
 
Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating integrated campaigns you will need to be comfortable leading on and maintaining existing customer relationships – specifically focusing on integrating existing Broadway Cinema customers with the new loyalty/communications system. 
 
The emphasis of our strategy is on enabling our colleagues to shape their communications and marketing activities, so you must be confident in guiding and supporting where needed and using your judgement to lead where necessary.

35 hours per week - 9-12 Months Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
