Garages

The Foundation owns and manages garages on a number of sites in the town which are for the use of vehicle storage only. The rent for a garage is currently £50 + VAT (subject to annual increase) per calendar month.

Allotments

We have a number of allotments across Letchworth Garden City which we rent out to local residents to grow fruit and vegetables for their own use. The rent for an allotment is £46 per year, although there is a 50% concession for pensioners, unemployed and students.

Car Parking Spaces

We have car parking spaces in many car parks which we rent to Letchworth residents and tenants. 

Parking charges are:
