This is a varied and busy role, in which you will be putting your skills to play preparing menus and developing recipes, planning, organising and monitoring controls of food quality, maintaining the food cost within the unit, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is maintained to a high standard.
You will help to provide ongoing support, training and development team members in line with current legislation (e.g. Food Safety; COSHH; Alcohol; Allergens and Health & Safety).
Skills and experience
- You have previous experience supervising staff, to ensure impeccable food and customer service delivery
- You can demonstrable catering experience, ideally both front and back of house.
- You have a flexible approach to work and a ‘can do’ attitude
