Mark is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience in building and surveying. He joined the Foundation in July 2017 after a short-term secondment from property consultancy Rapleys, where he worked for 18 years. During this time he specialised in commercial property across all sectors of the market including office, industrial, retail, motor trade and residential, working with both landlords and tenants. He has also led large-scale development and regeneration projects.
Mark’s team manages a wide range of property including 185,567 sq ft of offices, 181 industrial units and 125 shops, across the 5,500 acre Garden City Estate. They also manage leases and rents for allotments, caravan storage and garages as well as properties for community use, including scout headquarters, sports fields and halls.
