Forty Plus Cycling Club: Today, Thursday. This week’s ride is to Wheathampstead, with lunch at The Elephant & Castle. Raising Arizona: Today, Thursday. To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Letchworth Arts and Leisure Group and Letchworth Film Club, Broadway Cinema will be holding a screening of this 1987 classic. Historic Guided Walking Tour: Saturday, September 16. Join one of Letchworth's Town Historians on a pleasant stroll through some of the highlights of the first Garden City's history. Meet at the Tourist Information Centre, 33-35 Station Road. Starts 10.30am. Finishes at the International Garden City Institute, where you can enjoy free hot drinks and discover more about the history of Letchworth. Councillors’ Community Surgery: Saturday, September 16. Do you have any concerns, suggestions or queries about District or County Council services or issues? If so, pop along and discuss then with a councillor. At Garden Square Shopping Centre. From 10.30am – 12pm.

Coach Trip to RSPB Titchwell Reserve: Sunday, September 17. Hitchin and Letchworth RSPB are running a coach trip to the RSPB reserve at Titchwell on the Norfolk coast. £15 for adults, £7.50 juniors.
