We are pleased to publish our first draft Housing Strategy for comments. This is part of the Foundation’s Strategic Aims for 2018-21 which includes an aspiration that we can continue to be a ‘great place to live’.
The Strategy will help inform the Foundation’s approach to new housing sites included in the new North Herts Local Plan, as well as how current homes may become more comfortable to live in. A key element of this Strategy is that we gain a better understanding of local housing requirements across tenures and we hope that you will be part of a town wide survey which you can take part in via the button below.
This draft has been produced in consultation with our partners at North Herts District Council, settle and Howard Cottage Housing Association.
