Repairs to Letchworth’s Liberal Catholic Church will soon be underway, thanks to a grant of £3,600 from the Letchworth Heritage Foundation.
Located on the corner of Norton Way South and Meadow Way, Letchworth’s Liberal Catholic Church is the town’s oldest and indeed smallest church. Not only is it a place of worship, but it is also a place of special interest. Built in 1924, the timber-clad exterior has deteriorated over the years and our grant will help cover some of the costs of essential repairs to allow users to worship safely and maintain this special building.
